The name isn't a gimmick.
Jesse is a firefighter and an EMT. That's the day job — the one where showing up on time isn't a customer service philosophy, it's the entire point.
He's also been doing landscaping since he was fifteen, on both residential and commercial properties, with construction work layered on top of it. First Response Lawn Care & Landscape is what happened when he decided to run the second thing with the same standard as the first.
It's a registered New York State LLC operating out of Akron, and the person who quotes your job is the person who does it.
What we're actually promising.
We answer
Estimate requests get a response within one business day. If you call about something urgent, you're not leaving a voicemail into the void.
We show up
You get a day and we keep it. When weather forces a change, you hear it from us first instead of watching the driveway.
We clean up
Clippings off the concrete, debris in the truck, gate shut behind us. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there except that the yard looks better.

Home base is Martin Road in Akron. From there we run through Newstead, Clarence and Clarence Center, out to Alden and Corfu, west into Lancaster, Depew and Amherst, and north toward Pendleton and Lockport.
